Refunds can only be approved based on the published policies of the university offering the course. Each university has their own refund deadlines, and refunds will not be processed after these dates. SInce the ACE course offerings are Web-based online courses, students must be sure they have both the computer skills, necessary technology and Internet access, and skill to engage in an online course prior to registering.
